Use this widget to create forms for your visitors.
Step - 01:
Enable the weForms widget from the ShopReady dashboard and click on Save Changes.
Step - 02:
Install the WeForm plugin from the WordPress Dashboard > Plugins > Add New and search for the weForms plugin.
Step - 03:
To create a form template, head over to the weForms dashboard and click on Add New. Now select a preset template or create your own, and when you’re done, click on Save Form.
Click Edit with Elementor and you’ll be redirected to the Elementor Editor screen. From here, you’ll be able to customize your footer section with all the necessary widgets and add the weForms widget to create forms.

You can insert an included preset footer provided by ShopReady. By clicking on the ShopReady template library icon on the Elementor Editor screen, you’ll be greeted with the ShopReady template library popup.
Click on the Footer tab and click Insert on a footer of your choice.
Step - 04:
From the left-hand side, search for the weForms widget and drop it onto the footer section. Select the newly created template from the Content tab.
Step - 05:
You can further customize the form; start by clicking on the Style tab. From here, you can change how the form block will appear by editing the style options for title, subtitle, box, and the form submission button.
When you’re done customizing your product grid section, make sure to hit PUBLISH / UPDATE to save your changes.
