An administrator can assign website operational capabilities for Branch, Kitchen, and Delivery Management based on their roles from the Capabilities tab. This will allow you to give certain backend access to some managers and block them from accessing other features.
Simply put, this will help divide backend dashboard duties without causing any confusion.
Branch Manager Order Management Capabilities:
Accessible to Branch Managers are – features, buttons, and facilities including print order, cancel order, send to cook, cooking complete, assign delivery man, on the way, and complete delivery complete.
Kitchen Manager Order Management Capabilities
Accessible to Kitchen Managers are – features and facilities including print order, cancel order, assign delivery man, delivery on the way, and delivery complete.
Delivery Man Order Management Capabilities
Accessible to Delivery Managers are – features, and facilities including print order, delivery on the way, and delivery complete.
